Mr Kumar changed my life from one of pain and inactivity to one of mobility and getting my life back on track again. I am 79 and like to walk and most of my social life revolves around walking. I found Mr Kumar to be a very pleasant and approachable consultant. I was only in the hospital for 48 hours and when I came home I had no infection in my wound and any concerns I had were addressed efficiently and quickly through Mr Kumar's secretary by email and I could always rely on a prompt response from him through her. There was never any delay. Two and a half months after my operation I could walk 3 miles without pain. It's been a life changer. I'm so grateful to Mr Kumar for the brilliant job that he did.

Mr Kumar was fantastic - he took the time to discuss all surgery options, giving me clear guidance on outcomes for each (depending on what was best for my knee when he got in there). Surgery went incredibly well and Mr Kumar managed to fully fix my knee issue - and I can honestly hardly see the keyhole marks just 6 weeks on which was a huge but very welcome surprise. Highly recommend!

Although an NHS patient I couldn't have wished for better treatment from start to finish. Particularly impressed with how at ease I was made to feel in the operating theatre before I 'went under'. Fortunately everything went very well for me with no issues but I am very confident that if there had been any issues they would have been taken seriously and sorted.
